This vivacious, dark orange Chalk Paint® color is based on the modern color used copiously by the Impressionists, in early advertisements and in 1960’s decoration. Such a brilliant orange was not available until the early 20th century. With Black Chalk Paint® Wax, it becomes burnt orange – the color of some Chinese lacquer.

Size & Technical information

Each 1 liter can (33.8 oz) is enough to cover approximately 150 square feet - roughly a dresser, buffet etc. with approximately two coats on each. Of course, this depends on your technique and how thick you apply your paint. Remember thin coats produce better results.

Each 4.4 oz sample pot (120 ml) of Chalk Paint® covers a small project- roughly 18 sq.ft./ 1 small chair, 1 small side table, etc., with approximately 2 coats on each.
